Restorative and Criminal Responsibility System for Adolescents

This paper, entitled Impact of the restorative approach in the System of Criminal Responsibility for Adolescents: the case of the Carlos Lleras Restrepo Specialized Care Center, aims to analyze the impact that the restorative approach has had on adolescents and young people who are serving the penalty of deprivation of liberty, according to the guidelines of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF). In order to achieve this goal, a qualitative research was carried out, using the case study methodology; the problem posed was the following: What is the impact of the restorative approach on adolescents of the Criminal Responsibility System in the Carlos Lleras Restrepo Specialized Care Center in the city of Medellin, from the foster care stage to the post-institutional stage?
