This book provides descriptive note about the observation of infestation of important pest¿s e.g, Chilo partellus, Atherigona soccata, Helicoverpa armigera, Spodoptera litura, Mythimna separata, Pieris brassicae on different varieties of maize sown in spring conditions. Results showed that maximum infestation was caused by Chilo partellus, Atherigona soccata and Spodoptera litura and rest of insect pests cause less infestation.
