Applied research is necessary for progress and not to lag behind and not to stagnate in the fields of technology, industry, agriculture, medicine, culture and politics. In the meantime, any government that can base its decisions on the analysis and information of researchers and scholars, will certainly have a brilliant record and a defensible performance that the government of prudence and hope, has well understood this fact from the beginning, based its activities and practices on research. On the other hand, commercialization of science and production of wealth from scientific findings and meeting the needs of society through the relationship between university and industry and having applied research to serve the people are among the effective measures of research-oriented organizations. This is a fundamental category of the main pillars of human societies that if we focus and plan well, we will achieve positive results in society. Scientific work is one of the foundations of the strength and consistency of the country's cultural structure, which will promise the bright horizon of Iran tomorrow and the highway to self-sufficiency and all-round independence.
