RESEARCH ANTIPROJECT

The purpose of this project is to evaluate the relevance of the Human Talent Management Technology Program at Fundación Universitaria Antonio de Arévalo UNITECNAR based on information from follow-up surveys of graduates and employers. To achieve this objective, an exploratory type of research will be used to collect secondary information and develop a preliminary analysis of the situation, as well as a descriptive research with a transversal design. A survey through structured interviews was established as the method for collecting information, since it is possible to maintain a direct relationship with the population to whom the study is directed. As a result, it is expected to know the relevance of the program of the Faculty of Economic Sciences.
