Overwhelmed, Overscheduled and Overworked - Mismanagement in all the works to be done leads to anxiety and stress. When chronic stress persists a pathway is created to disease. You may think illness is to blame for nagging headache, your frequent insomnia or your decreased productivity at work. But stress may actually be the culprit. Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you - without any stress at all many say our lives would be boring and would probably feel pointless. Inner strengths are mainly grown from positive experiences. No one is immune to stress. Identify the source of anxiety, think about the result of an action and be prepared to make good decisions. Try to improve problem solving methods. Do not let stress and anxiety stop a person from achieving what we want in life. Get organised and structured, learn to be flexible, plan short term and long term goals. Live with an attitude of gratitude and be grateful for what you have.
