Relationship between teacher effectiveness and burnout among teachers

This book is an intellectually stimulating work to portray the complexities of teaching profession especially at school level. It is an attempt to investigate the relationship of teacher effectiveness with job burnout among general and special school teachers. In fact the study was designed to explore the difference between teacher effectiveness of general and special school teachers; between burnout of general and special school teachers.
