Regional features of the physical status of youth students

The paper reveals the mandatory course in accordance with the requirements of university training of specialists completing their studies at the faculties of physical education. Improving the quality of education is one of the urgent problems of pedagogical science aimed at modernizing the content of education, optimizing pedagogical technologies in the organization of the educational process. The process of physical education in educational institutions provides for the creation of the basis of basic physical training, the formation of a fund of motor skills and abilities, comprehensive harmonious development of the individual, taking into account the peculiarities of the region of residence.
