Research shows that reflection is connected to individual lear­ning and change but little is known about how reflection is experienced and what the benefits of reflection are in the business environment. In­crea­sing numbers of women have entered high level management positions and own their own businesses. This book describes the reflective experiences of women based on a phenomenological research study. The findings of this study help answer the questions:- What is the definition of reflection?
