Reflections from the Desk of M.A.Jinnah

The Father of the Nation, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, had a substantial following among neutral communities, such as the Indian Christians. This was primarily because of his consistent advocacy for safeguarding minority rights in Pakistan. Notably, the Rallia Ram Brothers, B.L. and K.L. Rallia Ram, were a prominent and influential duo from Lahore.Mrs. K.L. Rallia Ram, a graduate of Forman Christian College in Lahore, dedicated her efforts to championing the rights and welfare of Christian women in Punjab. She strongly supported the agenda of the Muslim League and maintained regular correspondence with M.A. Jinnah. Jinnah held the view that her work was of great service to the cause of Pakistan.The current work is based on the correspondence exchanged between M.A.Jinnah and the Rallia Ram family during the years 1944-47.
