Reflections about the best heat engine

It is generally accepted that the Carnot cycle has the maximum efficiency and universality for any thermal processes and serves as a main foundation of the Second Law of Thermodynamics (SLT). But actually SLT includes a separate additional and self-sufficient all-embracing thesis of the total prohibition against the heat Perpetuum Mobile (or PM of the second kind) that goes far beyond the Carnot cycle and as a result can¿t be proved on its basement because whatever paradoxically but theoretically the Carnot cycle is neither the one and only nor the most general representation of the best operation principle of any reversible heat engines that will be demonstrated in this paper, where the premises of a new unknown before scientific theory of heat engines will be formulated on the basis of a new original cycle of two non-equivalent isotherms crossed in two points that has nothing in common with the Carnot cycle. So we won¿t come to any contradiction if we don¿t identify SLT with some irrational categorical ¿ban¿ on conducting further investigations and searching for some new cycles of heat engines.
