Reengineering to Web based information Services

This book is focused on challenges and opportunities related to re-engineering of existing business processes to web-based information services in educational institutions of Delhi. The research methodology included questionnaire covering different parameters and aspects to find out how these educational institutions have been migrated to web-based information services through implementation of BPR policies. The metrics have been derived from these important factors to benchmark the effectiveness of re-engineering of web-based services. It is a novel concept that to find out development of web-based information services of all the departments of an educational institutions together.
