The jurisdictional immunities of the States are in full mutation. The interventionism of the State in the economic world has turned the paradigms of understanding immunities upside down. The unbridled development of commercial activities in the 19th century led the various national legislations to make a distinction between acts performed by a State.If, in the current state of international law, sovereign immunities are shrinking like a stone, this evolution has been slow and progressive.
