Raising Mentally STRONG kids is an educational curriculum that teaches mentors, teachers and parents how to support our children's mental health by helping to overcome common challenges all of us struggle with at some point in our lives. By using our Mentally STRONG Method based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you will learn how to effectively handle your child's emotions and behaviors while developing a newfound respect for yourself as a parent or mentor.
