Consciousness is structured in quantum gravity and the conscious quantal fields with its free will. This is called as quantal panpsychism. Consciousness is not confined to the brain, but extends out of the brain and is not confined by space or time. The most robust template by quantal Darwinism reaches one graviton or massive gravity criteria in one universe and brings the quantal classical state into existence and proliferates by the free will of the conscious quantal fields.
