Qualitative Robustness of Selected and Mixed Hybrid Distributions

This book deals with hybrid generalization of Exponentiated Exponential Pareto (EEPD), Transmuted Version of Half Normal distribution was introduced and it is called Transmuted-Half-Normal Distribution which is very sensitive to changes in transmuted parameter. The parameters of Beta-Half-Normal distribution were also estimated using the method proposed in our previous research and following Newton Raphson Algorithm. The mathematical derivation of Moment, pdf and cdf of the proposed hybrid distributions, Skewness, Kurtosis, Renyi Entropy, Quartiles,Median and their different methods of parameter estimation were obtained. The hybrids distributions were later fitted to the buying behavior data to determine their flexibility in capturing the data over their parent distributions.
