Qualitative Analysis of Bayan Academy's Practice of Communication

My study was an attempt to look at how Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development (Bayan Academy), a non-government organization, practices development communication in its educational and entrepreneurship programs. It sought to identify the development communication principles and values being practiced in Bayan Academy¿s entrepreneurship and educational programs; determine how Bayan Academy¿s staff perceive development communication; find out the impact of Bayan Academy¿s entrepreneurship and educational programs on its stakeholders; and identify the development communication tradition where Bayan Academy¿s entrepreneurship and educational programs fall under.
