Customers¿ satisfaction of insurance should aim at customer delight in the present context. The prime objective of the study is to analyze the policy holder¿s perception towards the services of public health insurers in the study area. To identify the factors influencing policyholder satisfaction on public health insurers¿ services. Finally, to understand the problems encountered by the respondents, while utilizing the services of public health insurers in India.
