Psychosocial Intervention

This book ¿Psychosocial intervention, prevent relapse and progression of schizophreniä is a collection of details regarding various Psychological and Social interventions with Psychiatric treatment for the patients with schizophrenia. This research has carried out in various hospitals at Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, during the period of 2007 and 2008. Book includes five chapters with references; it explains various psycho-social interventions in detail and its effects on schizophrenic patients. It was pre- post comparative experimental design with control group. Thus patients, who received the treatment, had significant improvements in quality of life and psychosocial functioning and reduction in the symptom severity.
