Psychopharmacological activities of Succinimide Mannich bases

There is continuous increase in the number of psychiatric patients¿ world wide. Loss of clear thinking, loss of conscience in approaching one¿s own problems makes a person depress himself to spend months to years for meaningless thoughts and the restlessness makes them unhappy. In further 50 years there will be lot of reasons for triggering for these kinds of illnesses due to new technological and sophisticated life and the people will loose the mental strength for even small defeats in life. There is lot of mechanisms proposed for these kinds of diseases. Altered secretion of adrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, GABA and other neurotransmitters may be responsible for this. Majority of drugs now available in the market used were possessing lot of side effects and results in neuro degeneration. So as a growing concern, we must take immediate steps to curb these diseases and find more useful drugs with lesser side effects to combat the situation in the near future.
