Unemployment is grave problem in the present world especially in those countries where sources are limited like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh etc. India has excelled in many fields and has been gaining name and fame globally but still its major chunk of population especially educated adults is unemployed. It has been observed by different researchers that unemployment leads to health problems and disturbs the individual¿s physical, mental and social equilibrium.
