Psychological Hardiness

The concept of psychological hardiness has taken a great deal of attention among researchers to identify its characteristics, components, and relationships with other psychological variables.Psychological hardiness also plays an important role in relieving stress and problems, improving performance, behavior, morale, and general health, increasing the degree of optimism, generating positive ideas that help accomplish tasks, and contributing to motivating the individual towards achieving his goals.Psychological hardiness also contributes to generating the ability of individuals to objectively criticize the matters surrounding them and encourages them to achieve success in life. Psychological hardiness is the individual¿s possession of a set of psychological and personal characteristics that make him strong in the face of threats and difficulties.
