Proximate Analysis of Wild Mushrooms Isolated from Central India

Human has always fascinated by beauty and glory of fungus world. The distribution and magnitude of fungal diversity today is a result of millions and billions years of evolution. Macro-fungi (Mushroom) are the small group of species in kingdom Fungi. They are the fruit body of higher fungi which can see by plane eyes and includes stalk (stem), piles (cap) with gills or pores that contains spores on basidia. Generally mushrooms are parasitic, saprophytic or symbiotic, they have gained importance because of high nutritive value and rich source and rich source of vitamins and drugs.
