Protection of migrants' rights

The membership of states in interstate organizations, especially the UN, requires the acceptance of a legal practice, based on universal values, at the expense of sovereignty. This situation, which threatens sovereignty, is not welcomed by some. "Migration is not a challenge but a phenomenon - it will not go away. However, the violations associated with it cannot continue forever. Hence the obligation to think about efficient and sustainable means of protection. The excessive growth of the phenomenon, the diversity of its causes, the complexity of its results, and the constant evolution of the violations against migrants; call the international community to review the approaches in which the phenomenon is treated until now.The ambition of Morocco to carry out its relations with the international community, pushes it to harmonize its legal arsenal with the international standard, and to build its public policies on the solid base of the universal values of human rights.
