Prospect of development in the production of chicken meat

The objective of this book is analyze if the production of chicken meat is operated with sustainable ecological margins in the State of Nuevo Leon (in Mexico), and see if it is a suitable industry for sustainable regional development because of its ecological, economic and social impact. Affiliate with the study of the industry of the production of chicken meat for human consumption and the possible exploitation of natural resources of the region for its development throughout its pages. A valuable element of the text is that evaluates and compares the effectiveness of institutional frameworks for the promotion of an efficient productive chicken meat industry of Mexico (Nuevo Leon), and is, in turn, compared with what happens in Texas, a State of the American Union (USA) bordering the State of Nuevo Leon in Mexico.
