PROPERTY AND AGRARIAN POSSESSION IN VENEZUELAN LEGISLATION

Property and possession in agrarian matters, places us in the use, enjoyment and disposition of land with agrarian vocation, subject to the effective fulfillment of the social function, since its direct relationship with productivity from the production unit, must guarantee the concrete scope of sovereignty and food security of a country.The right to land consists essentially, from an international and human rights perspective, of recognizing and defending universal interests, among others: the right to property, the right to the sustainable and sustainable use of land, including the right of indigenous peoples, as well as the rights related to gender equality. Whose purpose from the property and agrarian possession achieves to reach principles and constitutional guarantees and precepts of international interest, with a deep sensitivity and respect for the balance of the environment.
