Pervious concrete is made of cement, aggregates and low water cement ratio. It contains very little or no sand. The pervious concrete is gaining popularity due to its light color and open cell structure which enable it to percolate water naturally through it. It does not absorb and radiate back heat to the environment which makes it environmental friendly. In the present study, pervious concrete was prepared using silica fume, super plasticizer and aggregates of various sizes. The workability and strength properties were studied.
