A team of communicators developed a qualitative study of perceptions, attitudes and behaviors in 2021. This research represents an indicator for making wise decisions in the framework of communication, which is undoubtedly based on current cultural characteristics and in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. It is intended as a contribution from a communication point of view for decision-makers and governments.
