They suggested that the effect of job constraints can be minimized for professional and academic growth through work sharing, allocation of funds for professional training, encouragement of faculty academic work, arrangement of development and financial assistance to faculty members for further studies. They also suggested that juniors should be given chances for professional development. Conducive working environment be created. Research oriented activities should be encouraged. Performance based reward be given to faculty.
