The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Manipal University Jaipur had organized an International conference on Advances in Mechanical Engineering and Nanotechnology (ICAMEN 2019) on 8th and 9th March 2019. Mechanical engineering is perhaps the broadest and most diverse of engineering disciplines which deals with anything that moves, including the human body which is a very complex machine. Advances in Mechanical Engineering is happening at a very rapid phase and it is very essential for Engineering Institutions to provide this information to especially students and faculty to motivate them to take up research in this expanding field.
