Problems & Prospects of SC, ST & OBCs in Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh

The study explores the present prevailing conditions of the scheduled caste, scheduled tribes, backward communities andminorities of Andhra Pradesh.The mulnivasis are fighting for their rights, equality in opportunities and for the eradication of social and economical discrimination. The development in Andhra Pradesh and in India as well is imbalanced.Because the mulniasis don¿t have equal share in land resources, in opportunities for employment. They are rejected and neglected to have education and there by their development. The study focus the valuable thoughts of Babasaheb Dr.B.R. Ambedkar, The Architect of Constitution of India, on linguistic states and the benefits of the scheduled caste, scheduled tribes, backward communities & minorities in smaller states. The study also presents the data collected from various sources and analyses the pros & cons of the bifurcation of the state of Andhra Pradesh.Finally, the study give an insight in to findings of the study and suggestions to the government of India on the steps and precautionary actions to be taken for the upliftment of the scheduled caste, scheduled tribes, backward communities & minorities in the state of Andhra prdesh.
