Problems of legal state formation in Ukraine

The monograph deals with the analysis of the main aspects of the impact of globalization on the state-legal sphere in Ukraine. The factors are highlighted that contribute to the loss or strengthening of the identity of the national legal system, lead to the transformation, change and modernization of state-legal institutions, norms and relations within the framework of national and supranational law. The attention is focused on the fact that the Ukrainian legal practice is gradu-ally departing from the normative perception of law and implements the provisions of the natural-law school. The philosophical and legal analysis of the ¿phenomenon¿ of Ukrainian re-forms is carried out. Practical recommendations on improvement of the domestic legislation are given.
