Problems of Government Girls High Schools

The importance of education in our country is an important point of discussion today. Education is a life long process. It begins from the mother¿s womb. Home is the first school of a child. It is important to co-ordinate life in home and the school as recognized by all educationists. The importance of formal education is basic and fundamental in the sense that on it the whole educational superstructure is built up. In this modern era of science and technology nobody denies the importance of girl¿s education. NPE (1986) emphasized that women education should be carried out all over the country in priority basis. In the proceeding chapters, the complete account of the work done has been given. Now the present chapter is devoted to provide a summary of the entire study, which includes a brief outline of the major objective, methodology and procedure followed in different phase of the study.
