Problems in the drying process of cotton

In this monograph, the current state of the drum drying processes of raw cotton is theoretically investigated, as well as questions on the use of solar-drying air heaters for drying medium-fiber varieties of raw cotton. drying device with optical magnifiers that preserves the natural quality of raw cotton. A technology for drying cotton using solar energy has been developed, taking into account the ongoing drying process in the drying chamber and the quality of dried cotton, which depends on the method of heat generation. In the dryer, on the basis of the developed mathematical model of the process of drying cotton by the aerofountain method, the values of the rational air temperature and the holding time for drying cotton of different humidity were determined.
