PROBLEMATIC CONSUMPTION AND THE INTERVENTION OF SOCIAL WORKERS

This essay addresses the issue of problematic use of psychoactive substances. And it is entitled, The Problematic Consumption of Psychoactive Substances and the Intervention of Social Workers as professionals. This elaboration corresponds to the final integrative work of the subject Workshop V of the Degree in Social Work of the National University of Moreno. The proposal is based on the following problem: How does the problematic consumption of psychoactive substances affect the family ties of patients and how is the accompaniment of social workers in the Reencuentro Foundation in the town of Francisco Álvarez, La Casita del Padre Elvio and in the Mental Health area of the Moreno Hospital, in the year 2020? We analyzed the interventions in the problematic consumption of substances from the Social Work, which led us to a deep look in the professional field, since in the same and the thematic of problematic consumption different interventions of accompaniment are required, in relation to the problematic consumptions and familiar bonds during the treatment of the patients, from an integral perspective and of right.
