This manual is intended for bachelors of all areas of technical universities, young teachers and all who apply in their work theoretical and probabilistic methods. The mathematical material stated in the book, is a mathematical basis for many mathematical methods used in technical and economic models. The authors sought to present the material at a level accessible to students of technical universities and sought to rely only on students' knowledge of the basics of classical mathematics analysis, tried to avoid cumbersome calculations and evidence, but at the same time to preserve the probabilistic and static essence of the issues under consideration and proceeded from the fact that the most effective form of studying probability theory, in addition to the usual study of theoretical material, is the independent work of students on practical tasks. These tasks relate to the study of probability.
