Principles for Developing Inculturated Theology in the African Context

Shorttitle This work is premised on the belief thatpersonal self-understanding and the concept ofculture play important roles in informing economicand political development. These are socialactivities and require personal and collectiveparticipation based on universally binding ethicalprinciples. It is therefore crucial for any socialresearch to take into account cultural dispositionsof the participants in economic and politicaldevelopment. This work is therefore based on therepresentative study of African-centralized systemsof economic and politics as experienced in Ugandawith the overall purpose of enabling the reader tocomprehend how an African cultural psyche is in abasic conflict with the traditional Western socialsystem.
