Principal Leadership

Effective principalship is at the forefront of every school¿s success within the global educational community. In our ever changing 21st Century environment, schools require the support and dedication of all their members of staff in order to evolve as institutions of educational excellence. This book therefore highlights the need for principals to develop and consequently demonstrate emotionally intelligent behaviours in order to create an environment where teachers are satisfied at work, energised in their roles and accountable for their areas of responsibility.
