Preparation, Synthesis and Study of Optical and Electrical Properties of Nanoparticles

The present book deals with the phenomena of preparation, Synthesis, characterization, study of optical and electrical properties of Semiconductor Nanoparticles. Semiconductor Nanomaterials (CdS, ZnO, CdSe, ZnS, ZnSe, CdO) were prepared by chemical synthesis method and characterized by using XRD, UV-VIS, SEM, TEM technique. Optical and electrical properties of the as prepared nanomaterials were studied under various parameters such as frequency, time of polarization, excitation wavelength etc. and related properties such as permittivity, electric modulus, conductivity, impedance analysis properties were explored. The befitting explanation is given for various results observed under existing theories.
