Precedent phenomena in English-language scientific economic texts

This monograph is devoted to the description of cognitive and linguistic specifics of the formation of precedent phenomena in the English-speaking scientific texts of economic subjects. The paper deals with a number of issues related to the study of the text as a whole and scientific (including economic) text, in particular, the analysis of common problems of precedence and individual case studies, identification and description of specific case phenomena specific to scientific economic texts (case names, case statements, case facts and case models). The research is carried out within the framework of cognitive linguistics - the most relevant approach to language learning in modern linguistics.
