Pre-hospital care in car crashes

In car crashes the principles of kinematics depend, among other factors, on the type of crash. From the trauma kinematics, it is known that trauma in automobile collisions does not occur in isolation in the victims. This study had as its main objective, to know through the evidence available in the Brazilian literature in the period from 2009 to 2018, the relationship of trauma kinematics in car crashes with possible injuries in pre-hospital care and as specific objectives, to know the trauma kinematics in car crashes, describe the possible injuries in car crashes and the importance of kinematics to reduce morbidity and mortality. Verificou-se que conhecer a cinemática do trauma é um fator determinante para os profissionais do atendimento pré-hospitalar na busca de possíveis lesões que podem passar desperce unobserved ou que venham a merecer uma prioridade na abordagem inicial.
