The issues included were Health issues, Disasters, Swachh Bharat etc., and their coverage is highly appreciable. The unfortunate thing is that the print, electronic, new and social media were established by the politicians for their political party growth. The coverage of news is highly biased and they have not followed any moral values while delivering the news. Establishing a new news channel became very easy by time and there are no full-fledged rules and terms of use on functioning of electronic media. The financial survival of impartial channels became difficult now. The need of the hour is to frame basic common rules for functioning. The motive of TV Channels is to bring impartial news to the public, not making unnecessary sensation or competition among them. The new media is extending its wings with numerous websites day by day. The creation of websites is so simple and it needs zero financial commitment. In the times of political crisis new media is worsening the situation by their sensational false news. They even resorted in spreading lies as truths. This led to tensions among the public in general and targeted people in particular.
