Political Crime in the Iranian Legal System

People who acted because of their whims and desires for power and who seek to realize their personal and collective aspirations through various organizations can never be called political criminals. But people who stand for the idealism and reformism of their time and even sacrifice their lives and property in the name of their national and reformist ideals can be called political criminals, although this name does not deserve them. Political criminals are always in opposition to the system of government, not to the people and the communities of the people, and they are constantly confronted with the propagation of their culture and modern thought, and they are always idealistic and reformist, not subversive and tumultuous.
