While PPO enzymes activity was maximum 52% at 75%. Cathacol-POX enzymes activity was maximum 44.31% at 50%. While Catalase enzymes activity was maximum 25.21% at 100%. It was observed that above respective percentage it was found the lethal levels for plant metabolism which effect the physiological and Biochemical content of the plant.
