Physicochemical properties of thin rhenium chalcogenides coatings

In the book some physical-chemical properties, micro structure, phase composition, type of conductivity, internal pressure, electric conductivity, volt-ampere characteristic and photoconductivity of rhenium chalcogenide (Re-X(X=S, Se, Te)) were studied. Semi-conductivity of coatings was found out and some semi-conducting constants were calculated. As a result of technological investigation of double factor planning of experiments regression equation of deposition process of rhenium chalcogenide thin films was plotted. Dynamic and stable volt-ampere properties of rhenium chalcogenide thin films which were obtained by electrochemical way were studied and conversion and memory effects in these films were determined. This book is a useful guide for students and scientists working on electrochemistry.
