The mission of the physical culture professional in the care of the elderly in the community in terms of physical activities to improve lifestyles is a fundamental challenge, which means that they have to prepare themselves in the pedagogical and scientific-technical teaching order to be able to adapt to the new changes that require efficient management in the quality of the services provided and that correspond to the demands of the labour market in which they work. The author believes that the book largely meets the expectations that are demanded of this technical force, considering that it provides a system of scientific measurement instrument for the diagnosis of physical health in older adults.The author provides the necessary information to know especially the topics that have to do with the use of those techniques to treat the variables that compose the physical condition, from the perspective of its development, valuation, individual training and suggestions for the exercise.If these criteria are shared, it can be stated that the book meets the expectations that are expected of it.
