Beschreibung

This study investigates the phosphate solubilizing bacteria from the root-soil, phosphate solubilizers mix with the Azolla dry mass are use as biofertilizers for plant growth. Biofertilizers are substance that contains microorganisms living or latent cells. Biofertilizers increase the nutrients of host plants when applied to their seeds, plant surface, or soil by colonizing the rhizosphere of the plant. Biofertilizers are more cost-effective as compared to chemical fertilizers. This type of biofertilizer (PSB+AZOLLA DRY MASS) provides phosphorous in soluble form and nitrogen for (PSB+AZOLLA DRY MASS) plant growth. Because the dry mass of Azolla contains nitrogen. Phosphorous is a very important macronutrient for plant growth. Phosphorous use in plant metabolism. In soil phosphorous are available in insoluble form so here biofertilizers convert into insoluble to soluble form. So, plants can easily use this soluble form of phosphorous for their growth.Through rigorous analysis of growth parameters, and nutrient uptake, this research provides valuable insights into the efficacy of PSB & Azolla biomass as eco-friendly alternative promoting plant growth, reducing chemical fertilizers.
