PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION

We have observed and we are of the opinion that this procedure takes place: the student arrives to class, sits in front of the blackboard, a teacher enters, the teaching-learning relationship begins, the student represents the learning concept, its opposite and complement is teaching, this concept is represented by the teacher. Independently of the student's enrolment and the teacher's pay, there is an unspoken contract in this relationship, where one learns and the other teaches; this relationship can be automatic to a certain degree, alienated, a social demand, a family order; but when it becomes authentic, that is to say, the truth is sought, nobody can ruin or corrupt it; for the time that the course and this relationship last, about three or four months, each of the parties, is given to a magical relationship, where one learns and the other teaches, independently of their personal experience. Then, you can talk about anything, about what the student prefers, about what the teacher needs, about the contents of the program, in short, about whatever the mood takes you.
