Philosophical principles of political law

I will show in this book that the political principles must be applied to all governments and political institutions in order to achieve liberal democracy. It expresses that the people is sovereign, and that this sovereignty rests on three pillars: freedom, equality, justice, but so that this sovereignty fulfills its mission, it must accomplish only one goal: the general interest, foundation of a democratic organization, to achieve it, it must renounce the particular interest for the benefit of the general interest, which will avoid any kind of war, whether it is demonstrations or coup d'état. To guarantee the civil liberty of the people, and to organize the collective life, the State must take care to establish laws, and to apply them, which will result finally in a good governance.
