Personal Branding

"Personal Branding is what people say about you when you're not with them," Jeff Bezos founder and CEO of Amazon. "Today's business leaders have realised that they need to be visible in more ways than just what they have to sell. Many of them have therefore decided to use their names to promote their companies. Each manager, with varying degrees of success, sets the scene through different digital content or simply by using their name to add value to a project. Today we don't sell a brand but rather a concept, a way of life. Managers, through their Personal Branding, are the representatives of this concept and way of life. They have understood that their brand is dependent on their name.
