Persistent organic pollutants and their effects on plant growth

This book is focused on a very important global issue of concern i.e., increasing environmental pollutants. These have adverse effect on human beings as well as Plants. Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) are posing serious problems to plants resulting in decreased crop yields. They interfere with plant metabolic processes and inhibit their growth and development.
